  Terms and Conditions – 2026.1
  
  Before registering for an AP9 Football Academy Holiday Camp, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering your child, you agree to follow them.
  
  1. Program Overview
  
  This is a one-off football skills session facilitated, operated and administered solely by AP9 Football Academy. Each session runs for approximately three hours and focuses on skill development, fun drills and small-sided games. Session details, including the date, time and venue, will be confirmed upon registration.
  
  The Mount Annan Mustangs Football Club does not run, operate, supervise or administer this session. The session is an optional football development opportunity provided by AP9 Football Academy, and the Club may refer members who are interested in participating. Participation is voluntary and arranged directly with AP9 Football Academy.
  
  2. Eligibility to Participate
  
  Participants must register within the advertised age group and gender category (as applicable).
  All players under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the registration form and provide consent.
  Proof of age may be requested before participation.
  
  3. Registration and Payment
  
  Registration must be completed through the this registration portal.
  Full payment is required before attending the camp.
  Participant numbers are limited and places are only reserved once payment is received.
  
  4. Health and Safety
  
  Participants must be fit and healthy to take part in physical activity.
  Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is medically cleared to participate.
  Any existing medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed when registering.
  Qualified first aid support will be available during the clinic, and appropriate care will be provided if an injury occurs.
  
  5. Assumption of Risk and Release
  
  Participation in football carries inherent risks. By taking part, participants and their guardians accept these risks and agree that AP9 Football Academy, the Mt Annan Mustangs Football Club, its facilitators, coaches, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where required by law.
  
  6. Behaviour and Conduct
  
  Players must show respect to coaches, facilitators, and other participants.
  Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
  Parents and spectators must show positive support and remain outside designated play areas.
  
  7. Equipment and Attire
  
  Players should wear comfortable sports clothing, football boots, and shin pads.
  A training top or bib will be provided for use during the clinic.
  Players should bring their own water bottle and sunscreen.
  
  8. Media and Photography Consent
  
  By registering, you consent to AP9 Football Academy and Mt Annan Mustangs Football Club taking photographs and/or video during the session for promotional use (e.g. website, social media, or Academy materials). If you wish to opt out, please notify the facilitators in writing before the clinic date.
  
  9. Weather, Cancellations, and Refunds
  
  The facilitators may cancel, postpone, or shorten the session in response to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances. Notification will be provided via email and/or social media.
  Refunds or credits may be offered for full cancellations, but partial attendance does not qualify for a refund.
  
  Refunds will only be provided if the facilitators (AP9) cancel the session, or if there are insufficient participants in an age group. All refunds are managed by AP9 Football Academy, contact Anthony on aproianine@gmail.com to discuss refund requests.
  
  10. Privacy
  
  All personal information collected will be handled by AP9 Football Academy in accordance with privacy legislation. Details are used solely for clinic administration and related communication.
  
  11. Updates and Contact
  
  AP9 Football Academy may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be available through the Academy’s official communication channels. For any enquiries, please contact the facilitators at ap9footballacademy@gmail.com
